BaalVidya provides access to digital educational content and subscription-based learning plans. Once access is granted to paid content, refunds are generally not provided except in limited circumstances described below.

2. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
  • Technical issues that prevented reasonable access to the service and were reported to our support team.
  • Incorrect plan charged due to a system error.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
